Over the past five years, Josi has built a dedicated team and a professional brand for her band, Josi J and Dessert, managing complex tour logistics and executing strategic digital campaigns. Having lived out the blueprint through trial and error, her mission is to transfer this knowledge to the next generation of artists, offering an honest approach to the industry and teaching creatives how to advocate for themselves.
She graduated as Salutatorian from Full Sail University with a B.S. in Music Business in March 2026.
