Josie "Josi J" Jones is a 34-year-old touring artist and songwriter based in Knoxville, TN. She writes in the space between rock grit and soul warmth, turning her own hurt-to-healing arc into music people can feel themselves in. Over the past five years, Josi has built her career the hard way, learning tour logistics, digital strategy, and the business side of music through direct trial and error, fronting her band Josi J and Dessert along the way. She graduated Salutatorian from Full Sail University with a B.S. in Music Business in March 2026, and now her mission is to hand that hard-won knowledge to the next generation of artists: an honest look at the industry, and how to advocate for yourself in it.
